Cloudland trail to Roan High Bluff Overlook

The hike starts at the former Cloudland Hotel site/Cloudland parking lot. This will be a leisurely walk with a gently rolling elevation for 1.2 miles eventually reaching a large observation deck with wonderful 180 degree views of Bald Mountain, Unaka Range, the Buladean valley and Tennessee flatlands! About 2.4 out and back. Please pack plenty of water and snacks.

For those of you looking to get more miles in you may want to go up the Roan Bald left of the Carver's Gap sign.
