Rubbish Run/Walk #21

Hello all - see you at Rubbish Run/Walk #21!

Gloves, bags and safety vests will be supplied as per usual - with Louise leading the walking group and Derek taking the runners.

The monthly "Glove of Glory" will be up for grabs also!

We'll run/walk for an hour (3-5km depending on the amount of rubbish and people who come) and then meet back at Rudimentary Cafe for coffee and good times.

There are toilets to wash hands at the cafe
