Bringing the Ancestors into Presence
Details
A guided writing session rooted in ancestral memory, imagination, and intuition. We’ll begin with a gentle meditation, inviting one or more ancestors into the space. Through visualization and heart-centered dialogue, we’ll listen for what they want us to know—their stories, guidance, and wisdom—including voices and experiences that may have been erased or forgotten.
From that space, we’ll write what we feel, hear, and imagine, documenting the messages and stories of our ancestors as they surface through our words. This isn’t about perfect writing—it’s about remembering, honoring, and creating in communion. You’re welcome to share your words or simply sit in the presence of others.
Bring a notebook, a pen, and an open heart.
