For those of you new to the group, you'll be pleased to know we strive to include educational elements of wine appreciation at most of our gatherings in addition to the social aspects inherent with a group setting. Even with modest academic certifications in wine I learn something new about wine everyday. I encourage you to be curious about wine...it's a big world out there!
With that said, I'm super excited to share some fantastic wines from California that are near and dear to my heart. These are not paid placements these are bottles of joy and gorgeousness from my personal cellar. These wines are big and bold and hedonistic!
We will taste through *4 bottles (2-3oz pours) and speak to their origins, the winemakers etc. Then the menu is yours. Your food and beverage selections are payable to server at dinner's conclusion. Corkage is $25 (no limit) so you are welcome to bring a bottle from your personal cellar too!
*Value of the 4 tasting wines is $500+ (including corkage, tax, gratuity)
Come out and meet your fellow wine-loving group, chat about your favorite wine, favorite wine region or that time you tried a dry Riesling from Alsace, France.
