Exceptional Wine Experiences Group and For The Love of Wine is delighted to invite you to an intimate and exclusive Blind Tasting Wine Dinner Series this May at Blackbird Modern Asian, one of Naples’ most exciting culinary destinations.
This unique evening is designed for those who appreciate not only exceptional wine and cuisine—but also the thrill of discovery.
Our experience begins with a mystery in two glasses…

Blind Tasting Challenge #1 – Sparkling Wine
A beautifully chilled sparkling wine will be poured blind. Is it Champagne? Cava? Franciacorta? Something unexpected? Put your palate to the test.

Blind Tasting Challenge #2 – White Wine
A crisp, elegant white served blind. Can you identify the varietal, region, or producer before the reveal?

As we swirl, sip, and speculate, guests will enjoy a curated selection of Blackbird Modern Asian small plates, artfully paired to elevate each pour and highlight the restaurant’s bold, refined flavors.
