Foray is a Melbourne-based tea company and guide to the vast world of tea. Born from over a decade of exploring Chinese tea and culture, Foray exists to share that sense of discovery with others—and to offer a more interesting alternative for people looking to drink less coffee, reduce their caffeine, or simply move beyond the same old cup of tea.
Rather than offering an overwhelming catalogue, we release small, curated collections two or three times a year, each shining a light on a particular corner of the tea world.
Foray grew from founder Ben’s years of drinking, learning about and sharing tea, including hosting tea ceremonies since 2022. After a career in teaching, he created Foray as a new way to connect with people and invite them deeper into a world he has spent years exploring.
