I know that feeling.
I wrote Never Run Out of Retirement Money because I believe many good, hardworking people are being handed an old retirement map that no longer works the way it used to. We’re told to save, hope, wait, and trust the market.
But hope is not a plan.
In this Cape Coral & Ft. Myers Florida meetup, I’ll personally teach and discuss the ideas from my book in a simple, friendly, plain-English way. No Wall Street jargon. No pressure. No confusing charts meant to make you feel small.
Just real conversations about retirement, real estate, home equity, public records, foreclosure auctions, due diligence, passive income ideas, and how to think differently about building long-term family security.
This group is for people in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the surrounding Southwest Florida area who are curious about real estate and want to understand what may be possible when you learn how to look at property through a different lens.
You don’t need to be an experienced investor.
You don’t need to know how auctions work.
You don’t need to have all the answers.
You just need to be curious.
This is not a “get rich quick” group.
It’s not a hype room.
And it’s not a place where I tell people what to buy, sell, bid on, or invest in.
This is a learning group.
My goal is to help everyday people in Southwest Florida feel more informed, more confident, and more awake to the opportunities that may be hiding in plain sight right here in our own backyard.
We’ll talk about the real fears people carry around retirement.
We’ll talk about the mistakes investors make when they skip their homework.
We’ll talk about how to think carefully, calmly, and intelligently before making any real estate decision.
Most importantly, we’ll talk about building something that lasts.
Not just money.
