My name is Kirsten and I work for a non-profit High School Exchange Organization called CIEE.  My family has hosted three exchange students and in a couple of days, we will welcome our fourth: Sarah, from Australia.

As a Local Coordinator for CIEE, I am reaching out to members of the Pittsburgh community seeking families who may be interested in hosting or assisting us place some high school exchange students.  The experience of hosting is a meaningful one.  Our students come from all over the world eager to both share their culture and to experience life as an American teenager.

Have you ever considered hosting an exchange student? Now’s your chance!

As a non-profit High School Exchange Organization, CIEE brings high school students from around the world to the United States for 10 months with a host family. The students arrive in August with medical insurance and a monthly allowance.  We have several students who would love to be placed in a family with similar interests to their own.

Here are two of our students who are still waiting for a family... Would you consider hosting one of them? Please contact me today or consider sharing the information with your friends.
