This gentle Forest Bathing journey invites you to slow down and softly awaken your senses to the living world around you.
In this peaceful space, you are lovingly guided to reconnect and commune with nature, listening to her quiet, timeless voice with newfound clarity and ease. It forms a beautiful foundation for deepening your relationship with the natural world - offering even greater harmony and depth, whether you already spend time in nature or are just beginning to explore its gifts.

As your guide, I will lead you through a soothing sensory meditation, followed by a series of gentle nature invitations. Together, we will move slowly and mindfully, allowing ourselves to smell, touch, taste, and fully feel the soft, sensual rhythms of the forest. We will drift into a state of calm presence, harmonising with the season as it unfolds around us.
The journey concludes with a tranquil tea ceremony, with edible plants we gathered along the way and brew a warm, nourishing infusion to soothe body and spirit.

This event will be held in the serene embrace of Eden Gardens - a lush urban nature retreat brimming with love, natural diversity, and peaceful beauty. Your garden entry ticket is lovingly included in the price.
