🌲 Forest Bathing Group 🌲 @ Sipoonkorpi

Details
Hello nature enthusiasts & just curious minds,
We're having a Forest Bath in group in the gorgeous Sipoonkorpi National Park on Sunday 3rd of July 🙌
Want to have your first real Nature Immersion experience? 🌲🧠 Then this is definitely for you!
When? Sunday 3/7 at 13.00 until 16.30
Where? We meet up in front of the Kuusijärvi Café (easy to find on google maps and reachable by bus!)
Practical:
- wear comfortable and warm shoes and clothes - we are not going on a hike, but on a slow wandering.
- Don't forget to bring water and a snack in case you might get hungry.
- We'll be sitting and laying down on the forest floor, so don't wear your fanciest clothes. If you prefer, you can bring a blanket or anything that can cover your bum :)
- Please don't wear any strong perfumes, as it might interfere with the delicious scents of the forest!
- Bring a bathing suit as we might finish the session with a literal bath!
The session will be guided in English by Anthony Bal - Forest Bathing Guide & Wellbeing Coach
The group can hold max. 8 persons (to guarantee everybody's comfort)
Going Forest Bathing is going on a slow, happy, immersive wandering in forest and nature. You figuratively bathe in the natural elements - sometimes even literally :) And that gets you a wide variety of benefits! You'll walk out of the forest de-stressed, re-freshed and most probably with a genuine smile on your face :)

Did you know?
Many of our participants report less “Friday Fatigue” after a workweek and/or “Monday Blues” when returning to work when they have been practicing Forest Bathing in that week
All of our first-time participants experience every next contact with nature as more refreshing and joyful, claiming that they now can’t “unsee” nature from this new way of experiencing it
In Japan, the practice of “Shinrin Yoku” (literally: Forest Bathing) is a commonly prescribed and subventioned activity for cure and prevention of burnout and depression. Japan has more than 40 recognised Forest Bathing centers, forests dedicated exclusively to the practice!
