About us
Welcome to Forest Bathing Malaysia | Reset, Reflect, Reconnect
This group is for those who feel the need to slow down, reset and reconnect, not just with nature, but with themselves.
Through guided forest bathing sessions in Malaysia, we explore mindfulness in a practical and grounded way. These are not hikes or fitness activities, but gentle, sensory experiences designed to help you pause, observe and gain clarity in a fast-moving world.
Each session invites you to step away from daily noise and reconnect with your thoughts, your surroundings and what truly matters. Whether you are seeking mental clarity, a break from constant busyness, or a deeper connection with nature, you are welcome here.
As a sustainability practitioner, I believe sustainability begins from within. The way we think, feel and make decisions shapes how we live and engage with the world around us.
Let us come together to slow down, breathe and experience nature with greater awareness.

Practicing Mindfulness for Sustainability: A Forest Bathing Experience
Perdana Botanical Garden/Lake Garden, Jalan Kerbun Bunga, Tasik Perdana, 55100, Kuala Lumpur, MYStep away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters.
In a world where sustainability is often discussed at the organisational and systems level, we sometimes overlook a fundamental starting point, our inner state. How we think, feel and relate to the world shapes the way we lead, decide and act.
This guided forest bathing (shinrin-yoku) experience invites you to slow down, unplug and reconnect with nature through mindfulness.
๐ฟ Reconnecting Through Mindfulness and Nature
Practicing Mindfulness for Sustainability introduces forest bathing (shinrin-yoku), a Japanese mindfulness practice that encourages deep, sensory engagement with nature.
This is not a hike or a fitness activity. It is a guided, structured experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and become more present.
Through guided reflection and nature-based practices, participants will not only experience the benefits of mindfulness, but also explore what sustainability truly means, beyond policies and performance metrics.
You will be gently guided to:
- Engage your senses and reconnect with the natural environment
- Step out of constant mental activity and experience stillness
- Observe your thoughts and emotions with greater awareness
- Reflect on how your inner state influences your actions and choices
