About us

Welcome! If you are looking to slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with nature, you’ve found the right place.

What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing (inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku) isn't about physical exercise, hiking long distances, or identifying plants. It is the practice of spending time in nature to engage your senses, quiet the mind, and experience the restorative power of the natural world.

What to Expect during Forest Bathing Walks:

Slow Pace: We cover very short distances at a gentle, unhurried pace. All fitness levels are welcome.

Guided Invitations: You’ll be offered gentle prompts ("invitations") to help activate your senses—sight, sound, touch, smell—and tune into the present moment.

Intimate Group Size: We keep groups relatively small to preserve a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

Tea / Sharing Circle: Most walks finish with a brief gathering to reflect on the experience and enjoy a warm tea or quiet moment together.

Who Should Join?
Anyone looking for mindfulness in nature, stress relief, or a gentle, supportive community. No prior experience with meditation or outdoor skills is necessary.
