Forest Bathing at High Beeches Gardens in Springtime

I’m excited to announce a special Springtime Forest Bathing session in one of Sussex’s most beautiful woodland and water gardens - High Beeches.

Set in 25 acres of the High Weald and declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, High Beeches woodlands are home to some beautiful specimens of Oak, Beech and Redwoods.

Join Janey Bray for a 3 hour guided forest bathing session through the magical canopy, scenic glades and babbling brooks of this very special part of Sussex.

She will guide you on a journey of sensory awakening as we move through this beautiful landscape, receiving the medicinal benefits of nature as we go.

Tickets are £30 for the 3 hour session including full admission to the gardens. She will send you payment details once you have rsvp’d. Places are limited, so please book early and make payment to secure your place.
