Forest Bathing & Natural Mindfulness Walk - Buchan Country Park

Details
Enjoy a little time for you, to breathe in nature and let go of the stresses of lockdown on a slow guided forest bathing and natural mindfulness walk amongst the beautiful woodlands of Buchan Country Park in West Sussex.
Recharge, reenergise and feel the sense of wellbeing and calm that nature provides.
Join us for an immersive guided forest bathing and natural mindfulness day exploring the practise of Forest Bathing and Natural Mindfulness in the beautiful woodlands of Buchan Country Park.
"Shinrin-Yoku"" or forest bathing is the practice of spending time in the forest for better health, happiness and a sense of calm. A preventative medicine since the 1980's, when the Japanese Forest Agency suggested the practice as a way to reconnect with nature to improve our health and wellbeing.
You will be guided on a slow sensory walk through the woodland using mindfulness, meditation, breathing and walking exercises, giving yourself some you time to recharge and to appreciate the stillness and quietness of nature.
We will be operating strictly to small group sizes and following all Covid 19 health and safety requirements and keeping 2 metre socially distanced. So there is only a maximum of 6 people only, so if the walk is fully booked please let us know and I will put you on the list for the next walk.
