Take a break from the busyness of life and join us for a calming morning in the beautiful Stanmer woodlands. Through gentle, sensory-based practices, we’ll slow down, tune in, and nourish our connection with nature and ourselves.
### What to expect
Guided by Forest Therapy Guide and psychotherapist Mark Reeves, you will:
- Wander through the woods and immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of nature
- Try simple mindfulness practices like feeling the textures of bark and leaves, noticing the breeze on your skin, and conscious breathing
- Spend time in quiet reflection and, if you wish, share your experiences with the group
- Experience forest bathing, gentle movement, and deep relaxation
- You are welcome to come just as you are, with whatever mood or energy you are bringing. Nature provides a healing space where everything is allowed to simply be.
