Also known as shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is a slow, quiet, guided sensory experience with nature with physical and mental health benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety and helping with cardiovascular and respiratory health.
Unity's wooded property features a short trail system, scenic pond, and labyrinth. There will be some low-impact walking on unpaved ground.
