Free 'relaxing colors of nature' lecture

As part of the Collier County Library System's "Color Our World" summer program, a certified guide from Go Forest Bathing will present "Relaxing Colors of Nature" free from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8 at the South Regional Library, 8065 Lely Cultural Parkway in Naples.

Drawn from the nature-based forest bathing wellness practice, this indoor, interactive program will explore how colors found in nature can improve well-being, lead to a sense of calmness, engage other senses, and benefit mental and physical health.

Registration is encouraged at the library branch, to help them plan the room set-up.
