As spring flowers begin to bloom and the birdsongs fill the air, now is the perfect time to look inward at what we can tend to for ourselves.
During this walk and workshop experience, we will immerse ourselves in nature through a relaxing forest bathing walk, cultivate kindness for ourselves through a personal artistic workshop, and conclude with a gentle tea ceremony.

About Forest Bathing
The practice of forest bathing encourages you to walk in the forest at a slower pace and take in the atmosphere around you. As a growing global wellness movement, it is backed by nearly 40 years of scientific research on the holistic benefits of immersing yourself in nature.
These walks are slow-paced and generally cover less than a mile of trail. During this time the guide, in partnership with the natural space, will offer an evolving series of invitations crafted to help participants slow down and open their senses. This mindfulness opens the heart and allows us to be fully present. Come discover the healing powers of being in nature.
