Details

This hike is mix of a good walk in the forest and Yoga to relax and stretch afterward.
Hike will be around 8 k with average pace 4 k/h.
You need hiking shoes, repellent , water bottle, Yoga mat.
We can pick up the mats from car after the hike at 7:30 pm and go to lake Wilcox pavilion to do the Yoga part.
You may choose to do either one but please let us know if you are planning to do both parts or one.
Samira would be our Yoga instructor which would give us simple, begginer poses.
