Join me for a scenic hike through one of the area’s most peaceful trail systems — winding forest paths, open meadow views, gentle rolling hills, wooden boardwalk sections, and that quiet Happy Valley charm that makes you forget the city is nearby.

This is a refreshing, moderate-paced hike with a nice mix of shaded woodland and open stretches, perfect for good conversations, fresh air, and soaking in nature at an easy enjoyable pace.

During our hike, we’ll have time to socialize and chat, and for part of the trail we’ll enjoy a quiet mindful walk, listening to nature, noticing our surroundings, and simply being present.
