Come join us for the *third* Calisthenics Workout in Forest Hills at Russell Sage Playground!!!!!
Planned Workout
6-8 rounds of:
10 Pike pushups
20 handstand shoulder touches
30 second crow hold
10 pull ups
1 minute plank hold
Don't worry!!!! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, there are a multitude of ways to scale the workouts up or down to your current capabilities.
Please make sure to bring water, a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses and anything else you file might help you!!!!
This workout is open to everyone so feel free to bring friends and family and share with others.
We'll start with a brief warm up and go into the workout. There's a little bit of shade and also bathrooms and a water fountain right on the playground itself!
