Come join us for a Calisthenics Workout in Forest Hills at Russell Sage Playground!!!!!
# Planned Workout
6-8 rounds of:
5-10 Pull ups
5-10 Pike pushups
5-10 Hanging Tuck Raises
1 minute plank hold
Fear not, there are a multitude of ways to scale the workouts up or down depending on your current capabilities.
It's getting cooler so please dress warmly. If you can also bring water, a towel and anything else you feel might help you!!!!

We'll start with a brief warm up and go into the WOD. There *are* bathrooms and a water fountain right on the playground itself!
