Introduction to Forest Medicine and Shinrin Yoku: Free Online Discussion Group

This is a Forest Medicine Fellowship government grant-funded education series.
We envision a Forest Medicine Fellow moderated and peer-led open forum of the International Society of Forest Medicine - North American Chapter.
We will be reviewing and discussing forest Medicine and Bathin g literature and books, especially those of Dr. Qing-Li, founder of INFOM.

We will have open chats weekly until our involvement in "Day of Calm: International" (4/5/4023) and "Calm Fest 2023" (5/5/2023).
These chat sessions are intended for FAQ/Q and A for the general public, amateur forest bathers and curious novices.

If you are a ANFT guide or Forest medicine practitioner, please join one of then "planning committee" meetings to share your professional input.
