In our sangha meetings we practice sitting meditation and share a dharma talk or reading from a dharma teacher.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month.
1st Sunday: Dharma Sharing
3rd Sunday: Five Mindfulness Trainings Recitation
