About us
This group offers nature-based gatherings rooted in presence, embodiment, and conscious relationship with the natural world. Our time together is designed to support slowing down, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting with the Earth in ways that feel gentle, human, and sustainable.
Rather than following a specific religion or belief system, this is an inclusive space. Members come from many backgrounds—spiritual, religious, philosophical, or secular—and are united by a shared desire to be in nature, listen more deeply, and live with greater care and awareness.
Our gatherings emphasize relationship over performance and experience over instruction. Nature is approached not as something to use or escape into, but as a living partner that supports grounding, reflection, and restoration.
We meet twice per month, with additional outings added organically based on group interest and seasonal rhythms.
Activities may include:
- forest bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
- mindful walking and nature immersion
- gentle guided reflection or meditation
- journaling and creative expression
- sound and breath-based practices
- simple movement such as Qigong or Tai Chi
- creating with natural materials
- learning ways of living more consciously and sustainably
Participation is always optional. There is no expectation to keep up, share personal stories, or engage in anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
This group is for those who:
- enjoy being in nature at their own pace
- are seeking calm, connection, and presence
- value community without pressure or hierarchy
- want to live more intentionally and in relationship with the Earth
Whether you are new to forest bathing, already have a personal nature practice, or simply appreciate the peace and quiet of being outdoors, you are welcome here.
