What we’re about

Join our Forest Bathing/Spirituality in Nature Group (SING) for an immersive experience based on nature spirituality, mindfulness in nature, inner healing, and the rejuvenating effects of the forest. We focus on creating a space where one can slow down and release the worries and anxieties of daily life and connect with the spirit of nature. This is not a particular religious group our members follow different religions, philosophies, or no religion at all; this is an inclusive group for individuals who want to cultivate spiritual awareness and a strong connection with nature. By following principles of mindfulness and the healing energies of the forest a space is created allowing for communion with your own soul and the Earth. We will meet twice per month, and we will add more trips throughout the month if other members of the group want to expand our forest bathing days. We will be creating sacred spaces through trips, outings, and nature walks. We will explore spiritual healing and development, nature spirituality, also on certain outings we will be exploring, guided meditation, journaling, creating art, sound healing, creating natural mandalas, creating nature-based ceremonies, breath work, Qigong, Tai Chi, and learn to eat well and live well. Connect with other individuals who enjoy socializing while walking and connecting with nature at their own pace and in their own time while being supported by a group of like-minded people. Whether you are interested in forest bathing (Shinrin-Yoku), cultivating your own relationship and connection to the natural world, or just enjoy being in the peace and solitude of nature, our group offers a welcoming space for personal growth and connection with the natural world.

"I gaze with human benevolence
and with a deeper human awareness of our profound,
inescapable kinship.

I gaze with love.

And somehow, the world is
made a little better."

- Brian Mclaren
