What we're about

Join us to enjoy the 2019 Formula 1 Season in New York City with other racing fans!

Being the largest and most diverse F1 Meetup group in the world, we proudly bring a variety of people together to watch the best motor sport on the planet, Formula 1.

After another championship season last year, Mercedes yet again looks to repeat in 2019. Will Ferrari challenge but this time overthrow the reigning champs? Can Red Bull leapfrog both and take the crown? Or will the Mercedes dynasty continue for another year?

As usual our meetup venue will provide us with HD viewing, great food and drinks, and prompt service!

So, why be at home and struggle to stay awake watching the race, when you can come out and cheer for your favorite team and driver with other F1 fans while enjoying some food and drinks?

Come join us this year for another phenomenal Formula 1 season.
See you at the next meetup!

2019 French Grand Prix

Féile [Fay-la]

Hello F1 Fans, Round 8 of the 2019 Formula 1 World Championship takes us to the Paul Ricard circuit for the French Grand Prix which returned to the calendar last year after a 10-year hiatus. The 5.842 km track with 15 corners offers fast straights and slow and medium-speed corners. There are two DRS zones: the main/pit straight and between turns 7 and 8. TIRE ALLOCATION: Pirelli has elected the C2, C3 and C4 compounds as the white hard, yellow medium and red soft tires. STANDINGS: With his controversial win in Canada, Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton now leads the driver's championship with 162 points followed by his teammate Valtteri Bottas with 133 points. Sebastian Vettel lies third with 100 points. On the constructor front, Mercedes is way ahead with 295 points followed by Ferrari and Red Bull with 172 and 124 points respectively. Can Mercedes claim their 8th win in as many races? Or will Ferrari or Red Bull finally take their first win of the season? If you're in the New York City area and looking to watch the race with other F1 fans, be sure to join us for the French Grand Prix to see who will take the checkered flag. Race will start at 9:10 AM with the pre-race starting at 8:30 AM. It should be another exciting race.
