Forró and Samba de Gafieira Classes

Welcome to our Forró and Samba de gafieira classes every Wednesday! Join us to dance two great popular brazilian dances Forró and Samba de Gafieira!

What is forró?

Forró is a couple dance and a genre of music that originated in northeast Brazil and has evolved to include many different musical beats and dance styles. In the beginning, forró was associated with the working class. However, it is now very much international.

Do not miss our dance workshop at the beginning of every event.

Do not have a dance partner?

It is very common in forró parties to come without a dance partner. We pair up during the workshop, and we dance with everyone at the parties.

Dates:

• Every Wednesday, 5th of February to the 11th of June (except April 30th).

Times:

• 17:30 - 18:30: Samba de Gafieira (all levels)
• 18:30 - 19:30: Forró (Intermediate)
• 19:30 - 20:30: Forró (Beginners)

Prices/Membership:
We look forward to your payment latest the day before your first class.

• One class per week:
  - 799 SEK monthly
  - 3200 SEK whole semester (18 classes)
• Two classes per week (discount on your second class):
  - 100 SEK monthly
  - 4500 SEK whole semester (36 classes)
• Three classes per week (discount on your second and third class):
  - 1300 SEK monthly
  - 5200 SEK whole semester (54 classes)

Goot to know:

• Payment of the whole semester done at the beginning of the semester.

Discounts:
15% student discount, only with the showing of a student ID card (Mecenat) in the first class. Discount code: student.
