AR Games Event

We will be trying a new spot for this event - the Old Town Library in the Small Meeting Room. It not only has windows, tables, and chairs, it has - especially noteworthy for those that have met with us recently at noisy Dazbog - .... quiet!

As per our typical format, after introductions, we will play a couple of Authentic Relating games to get to know each other and practice relational skills to have more authentic and connected relationships with each-other and in our lives.

Group agreements:

1. Honor self (aka, take care of yourself!)

• set necessary boundaries
• take care of your needs
• etc.

2. Lean into your edge (aka, achieve personal growth...to more wholeness)

• explore 'edgy' places by trying on more parts of ourselves such as what you learned/assumed was not safe to say/do/share

3. Check your assumptions (aka, practice good relational hygiene)

• notice the assumptions your mind makes about what others are thinking and consider asking them if the assumption is true

4. Stay present (aka, meditation in an interpersonal context)

• when your mind wanders, bring it back to the group/partner/body

5. Honor other

• respect others boundaries
• etc.
