This group is for those who want to experience relational depth and connection; learn about themselves and others; and, improve skill around the different facets of connection and depth to have more of it in your life. Get-togethers will center around Authentic Relating (AR) games.

In Authentic Relating we modulate dials of the interpersonal experience through a number of key principles. We favor the present moment to find what may be more true than our stories from the past or for the future. We practice dropping judgment of ourselves and others to see what more is possible when we let go of conditioning. We practice honoring our boundaries and being in integrity in our connections with others.
Valerie Steen, the main host of this event, completed a 9-month training in Boulder in facilitating AR practices and continues to use this modality to grow, challenge herself, and experience connection.
