Sunday Hike in Lory State Park

It should be a beautiful day on Sunday! We'll do a hike of about 2 hours in Lory State Park, which is just outside of Fort Collins. This hike is primarily for new comers (to the area or to the group) and those who have not yet had the chance to go on many hikes with this group -- a chance to get to know some new places and new friends. This is an easy hike that takes us along the water's edge (of Horsetooth Reservoir) for part of the way. Please bring water and a snack to enjoy along the way. There is an entrance fee to get into the park ($9/vehicle) unless you bought the sticker with your vehicle registration or otherwise have the sticker. We'll meet at 1 p.m. in the parking lot of the Aggie Greens Disc Golf Course on County Road 42C (the road just across from the old Drive In Theater which goes up to Horsetooth Reservoir), and those who want to carpool can do so from there. Welcome newcomers!
