All ages and levels of fitness welcome on our walk on the the paved power trail. KIDS WELCOME!!!! Bring strollers or be willing to break into groups to walk with those who move at a similar pace.

Come Join us Every Thursday evening 6:00 pm for Friendship, Encouragement, Guidance, Accountability, Personal Goal Setting, Motivation, Personal Weigh-in (optional), Walk and Talk on the Power Trail for one hour Together with amazing Friends.

Come share WHO you are, your FAMILY, your PASSIONS, your GOALS, your HOBBIES, what makes you LAUGH!! Bring a Friend!

A goal is a way of mentally representing a specific, measurable accomplishment you want to achieve through effort. A goal may be based on a dream or hope, but is quantifiable. With a well written goal you'll know exactly what you want, and how to achieve it!

Writing personal goals can be both incredibly rewarding and useful. Setting goals makes you feel more confident and hopeful, Even if the goals aren't immediately achieved. A Chinese philosopher once said a journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step. You can take that first step on your journey of achievement by setting realistic personal goals.

Think about what is meaningful to you. When you base your goals on something that motivates you, you're more likely to achieve it. Identify areas of your life you would like to change.
