New Year's Day Moderate Hike at Eagle's Nest Open Space

Start your New Year right with this wonderful hike, with beautiful views in every direction! We will start this approximate 5 mile moderate hike at the Eagle's Nest Open Space parking lot. There is usually ample parking and outhouses are at the beginning of the hike. The trail is dirt and rocks. The elevation change is approximately 650 feet. We will be traversing the 3 bar trail and the OT trail. Bring sunscreen, a hat, comfortable walking/hiking shoes, water, and snacks if desired.
