Tarot Group

We will be reading Tarot cards; please bring your cards, a journal or notebook and pen with you.

We are continuing our year-long exploration of the Major Arcana, starting with The Fool and following the journey through all twenty-two cards until we reach The World.

Each month as we focus on one card, examining its symbolism, themes, and lessons as part of the larger Fool's Journey.
For our October meeting, we'll dive deeply into The Empress.

# 1. Group Check-in

We will begin with a quick check in to connect and arrive together. Optional opportunity to share what you're noticing recently with your daily card draws.

# 2. Exploring 'The Empress' card together.

• Explore the symbolism and meanings of The Empress card
• Compare interpretations from multiple tarot decks and artistic traditions
• Reflect on the gifts, challenges, and invitations The Empress brings into our lives
• Consider how meanings may change depending on the type of reading: relationship, career, health, life's path, etc.

# 3. Group Reading Exercise.

Each participant will choose a question from a list of Empress-themed prompts, draw a card, and reflect on what arises. We'll then share our observations and insights as a group.

# 4. Practice Time!

• We will practice reading for each other. If you'd like to receive a reading, bring a question that you are seeking answers to.
• There is absolutely no requirement to read for anyone else—participants are welcome to read, receive, observe, or any combination that feels comfortable.

Whether you're brand new to tarot or have been reading for years, you're warmly welcome. I look forward to exploring the Major Arcana as they represent the Fool's Journey together!
Everyone is invited to bring a snack to share during our break (optional).
