Start your week off on a Divine Wave Sound vibe
• Monday 8pm - 9:30pm
Monday night magic in the MahaKula Room at Anuttara Yoga Shala with Rich Gausman. All are welcome to enjoy a deep sound mediation with the 62” Symphonic Gong and other instruments. No experience needed, come as you are to receive. Please bring a yoga mat and pillow. Some bolsters and pillows provided, first come first serve.
We will have specialty brewed ceremonial Kava after by Tribe Kava Lounge
Weekly Gong Puja is offered by donation.
Doors are open by 7:30pm.
