Fun Fly On The Beach!

Attention Kite Pilots!

Fort Lauderdale Kite Club is having another Fun Fly on the Beach! Weather permitting, it will take place on Saturday, June 27th, from 10:00am - 12:00pm (noon) at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park at the south end of the long public parking lot by the B Ocean Hotel (formerly the Sheraton Hotel) beach volleyball courts (across A1A from where the Jungle Queen is docked). We will be flying single line and dual line stunt kites, maybe even quad-line kites, weather permitting. We'll bring our purple 10X10 canopy again for some shade. Parking is not free but only about $1.50 - $1.75 per hour and there are public restrooms. If you want to have a little fun in the sun, come down and join us! Feel free to bring friends or family too!! You might also want to bring something to drink or munch on. We'll have a few extra kites on hand in case you forget yours. I'll send another reminder closer to the Fun Fly with my phone number in case you have trouble finding us. Hope to see you there!
