March Potluck

March Potluck in a members home with address and instructions to be sent 2 days prior to event. Things have changed a bit for the potluck so please read carefully. We do accept donations toward our organizational expenses so we ask those who are attending the drop a few dollars in the donation jar. They are great appreciated and help us keep our group going.
To be sure we have a good variety of food please follow the chart listed below. Please do your best to follow the assigned dishes listed below. There was way too much dessert for only 4 letter names last time. We also would like to ask you to try and prepare something homemade. I know it is easy to stop by Publix's and purchase potato salad or slaw but please don't. If you need help with your dish, please get in touch with me and I will be happy to make a few suggestions. Most people put some thought and effort into what they plan to bring so we are now asking everyone to step it up.
When you make your reservation place it on your personal calendar. This is a popular event and we want everyone to have an opportunity to attend. Making a reservation and not showing up is unacceptable.
Cups, plates, silverware, soft drinks and ice will be provided. A large bottle of wine will be provided. However, you are free to bring your drink of choice.

Each attending member is assigned a type of dish to bring based on the initial of their last name.
If you bring a vegan or vegetarian dish, please label it as such.
Plan for all dishes to serve 8 – to – 10 people
