What we’re about
Owning a business is challenging, especially if you are doing it without a business partner. Are there any other solo business owners out there? How are you juggling all the demands with this? Have you found a good system for hiring good support staff? I want to know if there are any other business owners that are struggling with work / life balance. I have not figured out how to not let work seep into every waking hour of the day. I would love to meet others that are working thru these same challenges. These meetings will be in person, at a restaurant or networking location (possibly owned by a member of this group!) I want to support local businesses, and other solo owners. I own 4 businesses and still work full time and I see opportunity to streamline my workflow and internal support- hope to learn about other people working thru the same things!
