Empower your practice and remove obstacles in meditation by discovering the “Five Forces”. Sometimes referred to as the essence of Buddha’s teachings, these forces drive our practice. They are practical keys that unlock our potential for successful practice and allow us to transform all our daily activities into spiritual growth.
We can also use these five forces to live a more meaningful life.
Week 1: The Force of Motivation
Week 2: The Force of Familiarity
Week 3: The Force of White Seed (virtue)
Week 4: The Force of Destruction (non-virtue)
Week 5: The Force of Aspirational Prayer
Week 6: Embracing Change
Each class includes a teaching and guided meditations.
