How much of your personal pain is centered on memories that happened in the past?
Buddha taught that all impermanent phenomena are momentary, not remaining in the second moment. When we reflect on this deeply, we can learn to stop grasping at the past or future and enjoy the present. This is the meaning of living in the moment.
In this morning retreat, Gen Namdrol will explain the nature of impermanence and how to let go of grudges, past pain, guilt, and regret. Everyone is welcome! No experience is needed.
