Join us on Saturday, May 24th from 6:00 – 9:00 PM for a special outdoor edition of Soulful Saturday, now open to all genders and set under the peaceful embrace of a beautiful tree.
This evening is designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit through grounding practices and heart-centered connection.
✨ Evening Flow:
🌈 Chakra Alignment Movement Meditation – Awaken your energy centers through gentle, intentional movement
💫 Past Life Regression Workshop – Journey inward to explore the wisdom of your soul
🔔 Sound Bath – Close the evening with deep relaxation and vibrational healing
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat.
- Journal.
- Towel or beach mat to prevent your mat from getting dirty.
- Pillow and light blanket to be extra comfortable during sound bath.
- Bug spray (we are outdoors)
- Water bottle.
- Comfortable clothing (light colors encouraged)
- An open heart
