Come reconnect with yourself, nature, and a beautiful community of like-minded souls at Sunshine & Sound Healing. We'll begin with gentle breathwork to ground and release, followed by a soothing sound bath under the shade of the trees at my private residence in South Fort Myers.
Using crystal singing bowls, rain drums, chimes, and drums, I’ll guide you through a deeply relaxing sound journey designed to calm your nervous system, ease stress, and bring your mind and body back into balance. Sound healing has been shown to help improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and promote emotional clarity — and it’s a beautiful way to recharge your spirit.
