1. Park your vehicle in the garage or a surface lot and take note of your license plate number.
2. Enter the library, go to the first-floor main desk, and scan the QR code on the poster.
3. Follow prompts to enter your license plate number and basic contact info. No credit/debit card required.
4. You get 3 hours of free parking. If you wish to remain at the library, or elsewhere downtown, you will need to start a new paid session.
