Fort Wayne Women in Tech Monthly Meetup

From just-interested-in-tech, to early-career, to seasoned professionals - this event is a chance for Fort Wayne women in tech to come together, network, and support each other in a male-dominated field.

At the last event, we discussed "What channels do you use most? tools? who do you communicate with? How would that dialogue change if it were in-person?" Of course this spiraled into a much deeper conversation, and it was awesome! This time, let's chat about standards. Are you held to higher performance standards than your male coworkers? Do you hold yourself to higher standards than male counterparts? If so, what actions can we take to level the playing field?
