Meditations for a Kind Heart

Details
Meditations for a Kind Heart
A meditation series at KMC Fort Worth
Mondays in July from 7:00 am to 8:15 pm
Have you ever wanted more peaceful relationships?
Join us this month for teachings and meditations for developing a kind heart.
A kind heart is a special mental attitude that cherishes others at least as much as we cherish ourselves.
We can cultivate this attitude by learning about and practicing meditations such as cherishing others, taking away suffering, and giving happiness. Through these teachings and others, we can create a realistic world view based on an understanding of the equality and interdependence of all living beings, which will naturally ripple outwards and into our relationships with others.
