Ladies only, please. If you own a Paddle Board and want to try SUP Yoga, this is your chance to do it!!

SUP Yoga, beginner friendly slow flow and breath work for 1 hour on our paddle board.
If you have an anchor please bring it.

Please arrive at 9:30 so you have plenty of time to blow up your board and be in the water ready for the class by 9:50. Class will begin at 10:00.

I am sorry, there are NO rentals available at this location.

Please rsvp for the event. Yes, that means rsvp on the actual RSVP on the event page. This event is capped at 20 people so adding your name to the list is how we will keep track of attendees. We will start a waitlist if we have over 20 people interested.

The cost for this event is $10.

There is parking, a pavilion and bathrooms at this location.
