Annual Holiday Potluck - Celebrate our 2025 Wins!

Bring your favorite "celebration" dish! Sides, mains, and desserts - homemade or store-bought - are all appreciated! No beverages, please - wine, beer, and Topo Chico are available at the bar. Check out their menu here. Plates, bowls, cups, napkins, and silverware will be provided but please do bring a serving utensil for your dish, if needed!

Important Notes for All Attendees:
First and most important:
Welcome and thank you for joining us at our MeetUp! Yes, you are welcome to join the Holiday Potluck even if it is your first event with us!
2nd. Come Prepared - Do the Homework!
Our regular monthly meetups involve group discussion about the assigned media members listen to/watch/read beforehand. While our Holiday Potluck does tend to be a more social event, please do listen to the podcast in advance and come prepared to discuss.
3rd. This is our annual Holiday Potluck - Bring a Dish to Share!
Sides, mains, desserts - homemade or store-bought - are all appreciated! No beverages, please*;* wine, beer, and Topo Chico are available at the bar - you can see their menu here.
4th. A typical meetup looks like this:
We start with an icebreaker question and introductions around the table, often with gentil banter about the icebreaker or uproarious laughter (hey, it happens!), then the organizer throws out questions to incite conversation!
4b: Since this is our Holiday Potluck and not a "typical" MeetUp, conversation may be a little less structured but still anticipate to touch on the homework.
Note: We do our best to stay on topic and ensure everyone is able to share, but we recognize there are times when great contributions may not make it into the discussion. If you have something you really want to say and need an outlet to do so, please join our Discord server and participate virtually as well as in person! Click here to Join FWWSS on Discord.
5th. No one is obligated for any length of time. Sometimes the discussion ends around 8:00 and sometimes we talk past 9:00.
