Join us this month as co-organizer Marc Gratch shares how to plan for eCommerce success outcomes.

Most eCommerce sites running on WordPress start the same. A theme, a few plugins and a lot of hope. Over time the site endures updates, new features, design changes, getting hacked, and if good fortune should strike: A spike in business. Many of the most successful sites have similar stories. Unfortunately without proper planning, managing something that seemed so simple a few months ago can become a major headache when the checkout button is being clicked frequently enough.

Understanding how things can go wrong with your eCommerce shop, and even more so knowing how to avoid some of the more common mistakes can be the difference of putting out fires versus growing your business.
