As a licensed therapist, I offer more than three decades of progressive, professional leadership experience, including 15+ years of facilitating men's groups. I've also led teams through complex transition and, often, unexpected change - recovering from unhealthy management, downsizing, outsourcing and mergers.
This group is designed for men (30+) who want intentional, courageous and confidential space to connect. Topics may include: loneliness, burnout, strained relationships, work/career stresses, family difficulties and unhealthy coping mechanisms. Group will offer peer support, community and regular opportunities to share, process, and practice healthy, effective communication skills, incl. uncomfortable topics like porn, workaholism, etc.
