For a brand new restaurant, let us introduce you to Strip: A Modern Steakhouse located inside the Four Ambassadors in Miami. Brought to you by local restaurateur Michael Mihajlov (formerly of Chophouse Miami), the menu at Strip focuses on free-range, grass-fed beef sourced directly from M&A Cattle Ranch in Castlewood, VA, along with seafood and more exotic selections like bison rib eye, kangaroo filets, and antelope.
The atmosphere is that of a classic steakhouse, infused with a sexy vibe. Think -- red leather banquettes, backlit walls and wooden motif.
Cost for this event is $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This includes one glass of Castronovo Montepulciano and a selection of complimentary hors d'oeuvres. Happy Hour prices will be extended until 8:00 pm, which means select drinks for $5 and half-off specialty drinks.
